Those are… clay skulls, sugar skulls, some candies and sweets, some random toys-tinguies, and delicious pan de muertos. :3 We’re supposed to offer food, too… but we don’t have much space. Sorry, grandpa, you don’t get any of my mum’s delicious food. Have some tequila and sugar skulls with Amy Winehouse instead. :D

I’ve already posted this year’s costumes, but today marks day one of Dia De Los Muertos. When I was young we’d go down to Mexico, have a big party at my Nana’s house and all go to visit my grandpa’s grave. We’d clean it up, set flowers and the ofrenda. I remember it was all so special to my Nana that the whole family be there.
